6,144 Blackwell RTX GPU cores set the ceiling on Nvidia's N1X, the Arm-based chip confirmed for RTX Spark laptops in October. The top-of-line N1X configuration pairs that GPU with a 20-core Grace CPU and a unified memory pool spanning 24GB to 128GB. Nvidia says this configuration ships in both high-end laptops and miniature PCs. Microsoft's Surface RTX Spark is among the mini PC form factors the company named.
The N1X launches in two configurations. The high-end variant carries the 6,144-core Blackwell GPU, the 20-core Grace CPU, and the wide memory range. The second configuration targets the mini PC segment. Nvidia did not release comparable spec depth for that lower tier at announcement.
The RTX Spark line covers Nvidia's Arm-based chip designs, first announced over the summer. Pre-release leaks had pointed to two chips on the roadmap: the N1X and a companion chip called the N1. Nvidia confirmed the N1 is not arriving this year. Only the N1X holds the October ship date.
