Rockpoint and Kolter Group Form Joint Venture for Five-Story Class A Apartment Development in Palm Beach Gardens

Rockpoint, a Boston-based real estate private equity firm, and The Kolter Group, a Florida-based diversified real estate company, have joined forces to develop The Sutton, a five-story Class A apartment community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

PNC Bank is providing financing for the project, which is slated for a 17.6-acre site.

The partnership pairs two established private real estate operators on a site of material scale in one of South Florida's more active residential corridors.

The Deal Structure The transaction is structured as a joint venture between Rockpoint and Kolter, with PNC Bank serving as the lending partner.
