Provident Industrial breaks ground on 163,000-square-foot Tucson distribution center

±163,000 square feet of Class A distribution space on 10 acquired acres near Tucson International Airport: that is the scope Provident Industrial has committed to with the ground-breaking of Valencia Airport Center in Tucson, Arizona.

Provident Industrial, a division of Dallas-based real estate development and investment company Provident, announced the project July 8, 2026.

The company has characterized the Tucson move as part of a continuing Southwest expansion. Building and site figures Ten acres. Implied building density: roughly 16,300 square feet per acre.

The Class A distribution designation places Valencia Airport Center in a higher-specification tier of industrial product.
