NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited has disclosed a share acquisition in OCI, the company said in an update press release issued under the Netherlands Decree on Public Takeover Bids.
The filing was made pursuant to Section 5, paragraph 4 of that Decree, identifying NNS as the Offeror in the transaction.
Dutch Regulatory Framework Governs the Disclosure The press release was issued under the Besluit openbare biedingen Wft — the Netherlands' statutory framework governing public takeover bids.
Section 5, paragraph 4 of the Decree mandates disclosure by an offeror when shares in the target company are acquired during a bid process.
