The United States and China have agreed to hold further dialogues on artificial intelligence, a development officials described as successful. U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer stated the U.S.-China Board of Trade is now operational. Teams from both nations are still working to define its framework.

Washington has proposed a notification mechanism for AI issues between the two countries. As the board's structure develops, specific product categories are under consideration. China's contributions may focus on consumer goods and low-tech items. The U.S. side could involve energy products, agricultural goods, and possibly medical devices.

These discussions indicate ongoing cooperation between the two countries on trade and AI matters.
