Zachary Levi's $100 million Texas studio bet against Hollywood's status quo

$100 million is the stated cost of Wyldwood Studios, the film and lifestyle campus Zachary Levi is building on 75 acres in Bastrop County outside Austin.

The "Chuck" and "Shazam!" actor sold his Los Angeles home in 2017 and relocated that year to the Texas ranch, calling California a "failed state" that is "literally and figuratively on fire" in a Fox News Digital interview alongside his "The Fix" co-star Liam Neeson.
