WSFS names Mosher Chief Audit Executive, promotes Washington

WSFS Financial Corporation announced the appointment of Charles Mosher as Executive Vice President and Chief Audit Executive, effective October 6, 2026.

The Wilmington, Delaware-based bank simultaneously promoted Lisa Washington to Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary.

Michael Thompson was appointed Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Accounting Officer to succeed Mosher in that role.

Mosher, a Certified Public Accountant who joined WSFS more than 25 years ago, previously served as Interim Chief Auditor and Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer.
