$77,375, raised toward a stated $100,000 goal, had come in on the Brown family GoFundMe at the time of writing, following the drowning death of Curtis and Kim Brown's two-year-old son, Haze, at their Clovis, California residence on July 26.
A family member found Haze unresponsive in the pool and called 911. Clovis Police, EMTs, and firefighters responded to the scene.
CPR was attempted but failed, and Haze was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later declared deceased.
GoFundMe and family support Family friend Chandler Pearson launched the campaign, describing the loss as "unimaginable" on the page.
