Jennifer Johnson, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company, notified the company of her intent to resign on October 1, 2026, effective November 1, 2026.
The resignation is classified as for "Good Reason" under the company's Executive Severance Policy, a designation accepted by Aimco in connection with the diminution of her responsibilities and duties.
This reduction in scope is linked to the Plan of Sale and Liquidation approved by Aimco shareholders on February 6, 2026.
Johnson's departure constitutes a severance-qualifying event following a "Change in Control" under the Executive Severance Policy and other compensation plans.
