XRP 30% weekly gain from $0.9862 floor: RSI at 79.2 as ETF inflows fell to $2.35M

30%, measured from last week's $0.9862 trough to a current price near $1.29, is XRP's sharpest seven-day return since the November 2024 post-election rally that carried the Ripple-associated cryptocurrency toward a $3.65 all-time high.

The $0.9862 floor matches the zone where XRP traded just before that rally. Wednesday's 10.40% session did the heaviest lifting, the sharpest single-day print since February 6, when the token also moved more than 20%.

Thursday added a second leg, pushing the weekly candle to $1.32. $BTC crossed $72,000 Thursday, its highest price since a June flash crash, after the U.S.

Treasury said it would double long-bond buybacks to at least $4 billion per operation starting September 9. That move triggered $3 billion in short liquidations over 24 hours.
