Swarmer sets August 17 target for swarmer.com migration, designates new IR site as Regulation FD channel

Eastern on August 17 is the expected completion point for Swarmer, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: SWMR) domain migration, per an 8-K filed August 14 under Item 7.01.

The move consolidates two legacy domains, getswarmer.com and swarmer.tech, plus their investor-facing subdomains, into a single address at swarmer.com.

With it comes a disclosure change: investors.swarmer.com becomes the company's designated channel for Regulation FD compliance, replacing investors.getswarmer.com and investors.swarmer.tech.

The transition window opens after 4:00 p.m. Both legacy root domains redirect to swarmer.com once the migration closes; the two investor relations subdomains redirect in parallel to investors.swarmer.com.
