Niki BioSolutions installs post-merger C-suite with $320,000 COO base and 800,000-share option grant

$320,000 is the annual contracted base Alidad Mireskandari will draw as President and Chief Operating Officer of Niki BioSolutions, Inc.

(Nasdaq: NIKI), per a September 1, 2026 employment agreement disclosed in an 8-K filed September 4.

Of that figure, $35,000 is deferred until the company receives capital-investment proceeds of at least $3,000,000, leaving $285,000 in current cash.

The base steps to $350,000 if aggregate capital receipts reach $5,000,000. The two appointments follow a previously announced merger transaction.
