Three and a half hours separated the last text Corie Walsh sent about the Lindsay Clancy trial and the moment a neighbor found her 2-year-old son Barrett hanging from a rafter in the family's Illinois basement on September 1, according to court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
Walsh, 38, is accused of strangling Barrett after telling officers she believed he was the "devil" and "anti-Christ." Prosecutors have also alleged she plotted to poison her husband, who is standing by her despite the charges.
Barrett was pronounced dead at New Lenox Hospital later that day.
Cause of death was determined to be "asphyxia due to ligature compression of the neck." The neighbor who discovered him had administered CPR while calling 911; court documents note Barrett was "cold and had no pulse" when found.
