Hochtief to acquire Autmatec as German grid buildout accelerates

Approximately €50m ($57.8m) in 2026 revenue, generated by a workforce of around 80 specialists, sizes Autmatec, the Walldorf-based German transmission line contractor that Hochtief has agreed to acquire.

The deal is subject to German Federal Cartel Office clearance.
