180 calendar days from the Annual Report's due date, running to January 11, 2027, was the maximum extension Nasdaq outlined for Fly-E Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: FLYE) to cure a late-filing violation.
Fly-E filed the overdue Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, on July 23, 2026, the same day it disclosed the Nasdaq delinquency notice in an 8-K.

The rule cited, Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), requires every listed company to file all periodic financial reports with the SEC on schedule.
