Faraday Future cuts $125 million from liabilities in two quarters, logs 152-unit July record for FFAI

$230 million in disclosed total liabilities at end of Q1 2026 is where Faraday Future Intelligent Electric (NASDAQ: FFAI) stands now, down from approximately $355 million at the end of Q3 2025 when the company's EAI Robotics segment launched.

The $125 million reduction across roughly two quarters was detailed in Monday's 8-K filing. FFAI projects bringing total liabilities below $100 million over the next three to four quarters.

Liability math and the remaining gap The $125M reduction averages approximately $62.5 million per quarter across Q4 2025 and Q1 2026, reported.

To reach the sub-$100M target from $230M, the company still needs to eliminate more than $130 million in additional liabilities.
