Coya Therapeutics names Mark H. Pavao to Audit Committee, filling four-member panel

Four members now compose the Audit Committee of Coya Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: COYA) after the board voted August 6, 2026 to seat director Mark H.

Pavao as the fourth, per an 8-K/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 7. Three seats were already held by Dr. Ann Lee, and Dieter Weinand before the board acted.

The amendment closes a disclosure gap left open since the company's original Form 8-K, dated March 29, 2026 and filed April 2, 2026, which reported Pavao's board election, effective April 1, without assigning him to any committee.
