Asteria Group has acquired GT Etiketten & Labels, a Schoonebeek-based label manufacturer, adding a second production site in the Netherlands to its European network. Financial terms were not disclosed.
GT Etiketten prints digitally and flexographically, with eight-colour UV LED flexographic capability and in-house blank label production. Its label constructions include duo-layer multilayer formats.
The company supplies food labelling, beverage, and cosmetics markets across a range of materials and adhesives. What the site adds The Schoonebeek location fills a geographic gap in Asteria's existing Dutch footprint.
The stated intent is to share capacity, knowledge, and specialist capabilities across the wider network rather than run GT Etiketten as a standalone unit.
