AMD posts record $11.5 billion quarter as AI demand lifts shares 155% year to date

$11.5 billion in second-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue, a 50% year-over-year gain reported by Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), is the figure the rest of the quarter's story turns on.
