14,680,000 shares of Time Is Loan Limited is the corrected holding attributed to Or Shan Shan in the Share Exchange Agreement now on file with the SEC. (Nasdaq: ATXG) filed Form 8-K/A, Amendment No.

1, on August 12, 2026 to fix that figure. The original Exhibit 10.1, attached to a Current Report dated April 28, 2026, had understated the stake at 14,670,000 shares, a 10,000-share difference.

The correction in the agreement The Share Exchange Agreement carries a date of April 22, 2026.

Four parties are named: Addentax Group Corp., Yingxi Industrial Chain Investment Co., Ltd, Time Is Loan Limited, and Or Shan Shan. The 8-K/A changes nothing else.
